Clay work.
Tuesday afternoon's activity was creating bottles for our potions using slab and coil clay techniques.
Arrow and Bullet.
The children were busy on Tuesday morning, recreating a key scene from our focus text. I am sure they will be able to tell you the details of the storyline. Four freeze frame scenes for each pair to show key events in the backstory of Arrow and Bullet.

Potions!
As part of our topic this week we have been investigating liquids. We investigated viscosity of a variety of liquids earlier this week. The children enjoyed getting sticky. I am sure they can tell you all about it! We mixed vinegar and bicarbonate of soda in a bottle and watched the chemical reaction. Some balloons inflated very quickly.
We also investigated bubble making. Are all bubbles spherical?
